So I’ve been watching Korean cooking YouTube instructionals during the day. There are a few I really like – a mom who sends her daughters recipes so they can carry on their heritage, the young Korean-American mom who’s son runs around in the background of her videos, and lots of videos with awesome K-pop background music.

This recipe was a fusion of several videos, altered to match the stuff I had in my fridge. It’s really flexible based on whatever you have – sub other meats or tofu, sub any of your favorite vegetables, more/less sauce. Try it out and let me know what you think!

For the record the wine in the background of the photo is the Kosa-Mart Korean version of 2-buck chuck as far as I can tell. Surprisingly sweet, easy to drink, and only 2500 Won (really, almost exactly $2). Very classy. Don’t highly recommend it, but it worked alright. The dinner, however, was delish!
