Welcome to my first recipe post! Some of you have asked for some sharing of what I’m learning about Korean cooking. So far I’ve gotten some inspiration from places we’ve eaten out, from local and longer-term staff that have been here a while, and from the ever-handy youtube! Here is one of my first successes of using our Korean groceries to create something delicious. Enjoy!
