App Essentials: CloudMagic (Review)

Cloud Magic is a wonderful iOS app to manage your productivity and workflow. I use a great number of cloud services to manage my daily productivity. This includes note-taking, project management, and generic ToDo Lists. Over the past year, I found myself struggling to make it through the workday – simply because my productivity took a hit – I was off task too often.

About the same time, I started using Cloud Magic to manage all of my email accounts. The beauty of the app is in the ability to create “Cards” that allow you to integrate your cloud accounts. With just a few clicks, I can assign an incoming email to a Todo List or an Evernote Notebook. This app single handedly doubled my productivity with email – since I could assign tasks and team members directly to the issue.

Summary

CloudMagic is an app that I have been using for the better part of the last year. As many people have found, the static “Mail” App that Apple provides is a bit clunky. When I started searching for a replacement, I immediately latched on to this App. Basically, CloudMagic uses five services that I use to manage my productivity on a daily basis. This app is free, and a Five Star Productivity App (if you use email and a combination of trello, todoist, evernote, zendesk, asana, or mailchimp).
